2. Scope of Services
The Company provides international students with consultancy for university and language education in Türkiye, management of university and language school applications, visa process support and accommodation guidance. University information, fees and admission conditions shown on the site may be changed by the relevant institutions; this information is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a binding commitment.
- Consultancy services do not guarantee that an application will be accepted.
- Final admission, scholarship and visa decisions rest with the relevant institutions and official authorities.
3. User Obligations
When using the site, the User agrees to the following:
- That the information provided in the application form is accurate, current and their own.
- That the documents uploaded are genuine, and that the application may be cancelled if forged or misleading documents are submitted.
- That they will not use the site for unlawful purposes, with automated data-collection tools, or in a way that disrupts the operation of the system.
4. Application Process and Limitation of Liability
Applications submitted through the site are assessed by the Company's consultants and, where necessary, forwarded to the target educational institutions. The Company cannot be held liable for changes to institutions' admission criteria or to official legislation, nor for the processing times of third parties (universities, consulates and similar).
5. Intellectual Property
The text, images, logos and design elements on the site belong to the Company or to the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Changes and Contact
The Company may update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page; the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
