Contact1. What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file saved to your browser when you visit a website. Sites use cookies to keep your session open, perform security checks or remember your preferences. This text explains which cookies are used on this site operated by Turanlı Grup Danışmanlık, and for what purpose.
2. We Do Not Use Tracking or Analytics Cookies
There are no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies on this site.
We run no tracking scripts such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or Hotjar. We do not transfer data to behavioural advertising networks and we do not build visitor profiles.
In addition, all assets are hosted on our own server, including the site's fonts. Loading fonts from a content delivery network (such as Google Fonts) would mean disclosing the visitor's IP address to a third party, so that dependency was removed. As a result, while you view this page your browser sends no request to any third-party server.

4. Legal Basis, and Why We Do Not Ask for Consent
Both Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and Article 5/2-f of Turkish Law No. 6698 exempt strictly necessary cookies and functional entries created at the user's own explicit request from the prior-consent requirement. Every entry in the table above falls into one of these two groups.
For this reason we do not present a blocking consent dialog with “Accept / Reject” options. Offering such a choice would be misleading: if you rejected the session or security cookie, signing in or submitting an application form would be technically impossible. The obligation to request consent arises for tracking and advertising cookies, and we have none.
If an analytics or marketing cookie is added in the future, it will be run only after your explicit consent has been obtained, and this page will be updated.
5. How Can You Manage Cookies?
You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings. Browser settings are usually reached via Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data.
- If you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in, submitting forms and using the panel will not work.
- If you delete the language cookie, the site returns to the default language based on your browser's language setting.
- If you clear site data, the information bar appears once more; this is expected behaviour.
